“Regardless of where you live, you can always file a lawsuit in the state of Colorado, if your injury occurred in the state of Colorado, because that’s what provides the proper jurisdiction in which to file a lawsuit. There are many people who have visited Colorado because Colorado is such a wonderful place to visit and vacation. Many clients that we have represented have been vacationing in the state of Colorado, or traveling here from outside the state or outside the country and have been injured, and we have represented their interests, even though the don’t reside in the state of Colorado.”
