“I think when deciding on what personal injury attorney you want to represent you or your family member, you should definitely take some time to talk to several attorneys. We are confident that once you meet with us, you’ll want to stay with our firm. I am also confident enough to say, meet with a lot of people and come back and find the person you have the highest level of confidence with when going through this difficult process. I would certainly advise anybody to avoid going to television attorneys, billboard attorneys, big yellow page attorneys and the reason I say that is because in order to pay for those billboards, and pay for those television ads, and pay for those big yellow page ads, you need to bring in a lot of clients. You have to settle a lot of cases in order to pay just for your marketing costs. While there are some exceptional attorneys out there, and many of them do advertise through a variety of medium, I would avoid going to them or meeting with them simply because they are advertising on the back of a bus. I think you need to make sure you like who your attorney is based upon a personal interaction with the partner who is going to be working on your case.”
