David Miller is one of Denver’s preeminent Criminal Defense Attorneys, who has extensive experience working on both sides of the criminal justice system.  David worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the first five years of his legal career, and has spent the last 17 years as a defense Attorney in private practice.  He has tried numerous jury trials, and has practiced in most of the  jurisdictions throughout the state of Colorado.

David has received Martindale Hubbell Law Directory’s highest rating (AV), is a member of the Hate Crimes Task Force, the Denver and Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association.  His trials have received local and national attention from the media – from a 1st degree murder trial that was covered by Court TV, to high profile cases covered by local print and broadcast media.  David has also been recognized by 5280: Denver's Mile High Magazine as one of the Top Colorado Lawyers.
