Attorney
Katharine focuses her practice primarily on criminal defense and family law.
Katharine graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She received her law degree in 2011 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Katharine served as a Senior Editor of the Denver University Law Review and Editor-in-Chief of The Race to the Bottom, a corporate law blog.
Before joining Foster, Graham, Milstein & Calisher, LLP, Katharine served as a law clerk to the Honorable William D. Robbins of the Denver District Court. During her clerkship, Katharine gained considerable experience in the fields of criminal and family law. This experience in a trial court setting solidified her desire to pursue litigation. She believes that hard work, zealous advocacy, and open communication are the keys to representing our clients well.
A lifelong Bruin fan, she tries to live by the simple words of legendary UCLA Men’s Basketball Coach John Wooden: “Be prepared and be honest.”
Katharine spends her free time cooking, baking, and trying to enjoy running to burn off calories from all her cooking and baking.
