Bob Graham, along with Danny Foster, was a founding partner of Foster, Graham, Milstein, & Calisher, LLP in 1999. Originally consisting of two attorneys and a receptionist, the firm has grown to more than fifteen attorneys having the ability to effectively represent a wide range of clients.
After graduating from law school in San Diego, California, Mr. Graham returned to Colorado where he had grown up and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for his undergraduate studies. He originally started his own small firm in 1998 prior to joining Danny Foster in 1999 to form Foster & Graham, LLP, the predecessor of the current law firm. Mr. Graham specializes in transactional real estate law providing clients with a wide variety services, from commercial real estate sales to entity formation. He also has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy and has successfully represented several hundred clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
