Michael’s practice involves complex real estate, corporate and financing transactions with a special emphasis on commercial leasing and sale/leaseback financing. While protecting his clients’ interests is his primary focus, Michael understands the dynamics of the deal and the importance of closing the transaction rather than allowing it to get bogged down with theoretical “what if’s” and legal minutia. As an attorney Michael’s experience includes the representation of a publicly traded real estate investment trust with over 2.5 billion dollars of acquired assets, the acquisition and sale of ongoing business ventures, all aspects of commercial and private lending, as well as general corporate and business representation.
Michael is a Colorado native and, despite his lack of pure athletic ability, enjoys playing basketball, golf and riding his mountain bike and snowboard.
